Fall of the Berlin Wall

Monday marks the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.  But what about socialism in America?  Have we escaped the wrath of the power hungry here?  I would definitely say not.  We are having our freedoms eroded day after day by the power hungry in Washington.  Our personal liberty has been at risk since FDR, but this past year has seen the worst atrocities in the history of the U.S.

The government is apparently trying to collapse the dollar, which means that they have the chance to totally remake our country (remember, never waste a disaster!).  We just got the first half of the next item to bankrupt our country: government run health care.  Oh, and don't forget cap and trade, which is also going to bankrupt our country.  It looks like we are going to be screwed very quickly.  We currently have around $12 billion dollars in debt.  Oh, wait, I'm sorry, thats supposed to be 12 TRILLION DOLLARS!  At the same time, we also have over $106 trillion in unfunded liabilities.  For the people who don't know what that means, this is the amount of money that we have already promised that we would pay, but it hasn't actually entered the budget yet.

There are many more, but if I keep thinking about it I may need to make a drink.  So if you have anything to add, please leave a comment.
